The Knights believe that many – if not all – of the ancient ruins that cover these lands were built by their ancestors. Scattered for centuries, today’s Knights have begun at last to gather again under a single banner: that of the Iron Legion. But in this age, that name is more of an ideal than an actual entity, as local warlords still are defiant and rise up to form their own “Legions,” and alliances under the Iron Legion’s banner are only loosely held.
